feral trade agave el Coyul |
from El Coyul Oaxaca, Mexico | Produced in Yautapec, 3 hours drive from Oaxaca city, a home business of 4 uncles and 3 cousins. No heat is added after initial firing, you have to have an eye for it. 800L per month produced and sold at markets, via mobile phone and word of mouth; delivered to Feral Trade in plastic shipping flagons for rebottling into glass in the UK. Shelf life 2 years, or 4 in cold dark climates.

kate, your coffee and sirop travelled with patrick to amsterdam.
from what i've heard everything travelled well, except the coffee, but not sure what happened exactly. as i understood, the suitcase was opened a lot on it's way to amsterdam, but best to check with patrick about more details.
everything is still in amsterdam, but will get to brussels beginning of the year i'm guessing. i think of going there in a few weeks, or maybe foam lab amsterdam might come again (cocky, theun or patrick, do you have plans to come to brussels soon and in that case could you take some agave sirop and coffee with you?).
kate, i'll keep you posted about the goods coming to brussels.
patrick, are there nice anecdotes you want to share?
best wishes for the new year already, (if we survive this day alright, but i think we'll all be fine :))
