| feral trade Ilkley honey |
| Ilkley honey from the heather fuelled bees of former agricultural economist Geoff Halsall, who has kept bees for 50 years. The honey was previously sold roadside and at the local tourist office but now is just circulated to family and friends. The honey extraction process is human-labour intensive, using a centrifuge or press and slow gravity filtration. The number of bee hours per jar of honey has yet to be calculated.
ferally traded since: 09/04/11.
